Similarly, if you have purchased Jump Desktop for Mac, you can use it on all your Macs to connect from Mac to Mac or Mac to PC. When youre done, Jump Desktop Connect will list you as a remote access user. If for example you have purchased Jump Desktop for iOS, you don't have to pay again if you want to install Jump on your other iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch. Click the Add a remote access user link and sign into your Jump Desktop account. Manage who has remote access to computers If you don't have remote access to a computer you will be unable to see it's current online status. In the top section of the computer's overview page you'll see general information about the computer such as the current online status of the of computer, it's current public IP address, approximate location and operating system information. To view information about a computer browse to the computer's overview page by opening up your Team's dashboard, click Computers and then click a computer in the list.
